What used to take months. Shipped in a week.

ICDT is an AI-native software studio. We don’t bolt AI on top — we build with it, from first sketch to last deploy. Production work that used to take teams months, shipped in weeks.

The pipeline doesn’t move faster — it collapses. One operator carries the work end-to-end, so the time spent translating between roles disappears entirely.

The constraint on building software was never imagination. It was the cost of turning thought into working code — review cycles, scaffolding, glue, plumbing.

AI collapses that cost. Not by writing the same code faster, but by letting the studio carry an entire system end-to-end — design, frontend, backend, infra, copy, ops — without the handoffs that historically slowed teams down.

“Software, but with the latency of thought.”
— Operating principle
003 · What the studio does

Four kinds of work, all on the same clock.

  • 01

    Zero-to-one product builds

Napkin to a real product in customers' hands. Scoped weekly, not quarterly.

    Greenfield
  • 02

    AI woven into existing software

Practical agents embedded inside the product you ship. Eval-driven, observable, boring in the right ways.

    Integration
  • 03

    Internal tools & automations

The unglamorous workflows your team does by hand, replaced with a tool that's actually good.

    Operations
  • 04

    Production rewrites & migrations

Prototype held together with tape. Rewrite stuck on the roadmap. Done in weeks, in the open.

Things we built for ourselves, first.

Each of the products below was built end-to-end on the same AI-native stack we deploy for engagements — proof, not pitch.

  1. Native macOS dictation. Hold, speak, release — text at your cursor in ~150ms.

  2. The fastest path from idea to finished novel. Built for the long haul.

  3. Prompt-to-code that runs in the browser. Python, JS, HTML, or SQL — no toolchain.

  4. WCAG 2.1 AA audits with the specific fixes — without the consultancy invoice.

  5. Claude Code resource hub. Guides, 500+ prompts, skills, config templates.

  6. Writes the unit tests that match your code. Jest, pytest, Go — edge cases included.

[ STACK ] Each lab project ships on an AI-native stack — model routing, eval harnesses, and agent infrastructure baked in from day one. The same machinery powers every engagement.
